    1. Parking spaces are available only during hours of operation posted at each location.
    2. Monthly rental fee for parking space is payable one (1) month in advance and is due on the first day of each month. Rental fees should be paid by ACH, recurring credit card, or online via PayPal at www.colonialparking.com. Telephone payments will not be accepted.
    3. Payments should not be given to parking lot attendants or managers.
    4. Payment received after the 1st day of the month will be subject to a late charge. No deductions or allowances from monthly rate will be made for days customer does not use parking facilities. Delinquent accounts may be subject to fines, cancellation, immobilization, or towing of their vehicle. If your account has been cancelled for non-payment, full payment MUST be made on all outstanding balances before your account can be reinstated.
    5. The monthly rental period runs from the first day through the last day of the month.
    6. The monthly parking credentials are supplied by Colonial. These include but are not limited to access cards, FOBs, and electrostatic stickers. If applicable, stickers must be displayed in plain view on the vehicle at all times while in the parking location. The prevailing daily parking rate will be charged and vehicle is subject to towing or immobilization when identification sticker is not properly displayed on the vehicle. You may have only one vehicle in a facility at a time per issued credentials.
    7. If Colonial has possession of the vehicle keys when the location closes at the time as posted, the customer's vehicle will be locked and the keys taken to the location shown on the sign on the attendant’s booth. Only leave your ignition key with the lot attendant! It is also recommended that you carry a duplicate ignition key.
    8. Charges are for parking only. This company assumes no responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage due to fire, theft or otherwise to the vehicle and its contents, however caused.
    9. Colonial has no duty to provide security.
    10. Lot managers or attendants are not authorized to make or allow any exceptions to this agreement.
    11. The customer must notify Colonial in writing or by email at least ten (10) days prior to canceling this Agreement. Your account will continue to be charged for 10 days from the time we receive written or emailed cancellation.
    12. Upon cancellation customers must return any current and future identification stickers and key cards issued.
    13. Colonial may terminate this Agreement by notifying customers in writing ten (10) days prior to termination. Colonial reserves the right to amend or modify this agreement. Customers may contact Colonial and request a copy of the most recent terms and conditions.
    14. Failure to abide with the Colonial rules and regulations may cause immediate cancellation of this Agreement.
    15. Anyone entering or exiting an access card facility without their access card will be charged the daily rate. No deductions or credits for your monthly parking are allowed when daily rate is charged.
    16. If the key card is lost or stolen, the customer will be charged a non-refundable fee before receiving a new key card or FOB.
    17. We do not issue refunds on monthly contract parking.
    18. Customer agrees to pay a $20 non-refundable registration fee.
    19. Customers who pay their monthly parking by check or cash, and or who require their invoice to be mailed to them will be subject to a $10 per month administration fee.
