If you have an invoice available, you can find customer ID (Account Number) it by referencing the examples shown below.
I can’t find my invoice?
Please call us at (302) 651-3600, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.
How can I cancel my monthly parking?
You can send an email to: email@example.com. Or you can notify our office by mail or by stopping in at least 10 days in advance. We do not refund for partial months. Please have your customer account number ready when cancelling your parking.
