General Parking

If the facility has 24/7 access you may park at any time by using your access device on the outside reader.

If you have lost or forgotten your parking pass or sticker, please call us as soon as you can safely do so at (302) 651-3600. Daily rates and additional charges may apply. You may also report credential problems by logging in to your monthly parking account.

Only cash or credit cards are accepted at our facilities that offer daily parking.

Refunds are not issued for daily parking.

Currently reservations are not accepted.

Please refer to our parking map for height restrictions as they vary by location.

To be eligible for the early bird rate (if applicable), you must arrive at the parking facility before 9:00AM.

Group Parking

Colonial Parking offers a 5% discount to groups of 25 parkers or more billed on a single invoice.

Managing My Account

You can cancel by logging in to your account online, or you can send an email to cancellations@colonialparking.com. Cancellation emails must be received 10 days in advance. We do not refund for partial months. For faster service, please provide your customer account number when canceling your parking.

Monthly Parking

Select the desired city from the the Locations menu, or the Find Parking menu. This will take you to our parking portal, where you can click Search for Parking and find the best spot. It’s easy!

If you already have a monthly parking account, you can search, add, and cancel your parking from the convenience of your parker portal by logging in.

No, your access device or sticker is ONLY valid in the parking location that is on your parking agreement.

All payments are due on the first of each month.

Individual monthly parker contracts are month-to-month. Cancellations must be received 10 days in advance.

Yes, auto-pay is preferred and can be self-managed in our customer portal.

Only those parkers paying for reserved parking have specific spaces assigned.

Please place your barcode sticker in the lower corner on the inside of the passenger side front windshield.

Yes, all monthly parkers have access to their location even if the full sign is on.

Please contact our office. In most cases, you can complete the transfer over the phone or by logging in to our customer portal.
