I lost my monthly parking permit or access card. What should I do?
If you have lost or forgotten your parking pass or sticker, please call us as soon as you can safely do so at (302) 651-3600. Daily rates and additional charges may apply.
How do I transfer to another lot?
Please contact our office. In most cases, you can complete the transfer over the phone or by logging in to our customer portal.
Can I access the garage when the “FULL” light is on?
Yes, all monthly parkers have access to their location even if the full sign is on.
Where do I put my sticker?
Please place your barcode sticker in the lower corner on the inside of the passenger side front windshield.
Do I get a specific space?
Only those parkers paying for reserved parking have specific spaces assigned.
Do you offer Auto-Pay so that my parking invoice is paid automatically every month?
Yes, auto-pay is preferred and can be self-managed in our customer portal.
How long is the parking contract?
Individual monthly parker contracts are month-to-month. Cancellations must be received 10 days in advance.
When is the monthly payment due?
All payments are due on the first of each month.
Can I use my monthly pass at another location?
No, your access device or sticker is ONLY valid in the parking location that is on your parking agreement.
